Description of the project

To address the issue of disaster resilience the three respective European companies GSR, Kalisio and Prendoquota are offering a secure demonstration of a hardware and software system called ServAL Management to help improve response to crises and technological disasters. Notably, it first enables the acquisition and analysis of environmental measures, and secondly provides operational teams in the field with the means to optimise the environmental investigations strategy. Last but not least, the system is easily deployable in a timeframe compatible with operational requirements during a disaster. Kalisio is taking care of the integration of the data acquired by GSR’s Little Alert Boxes that are secured by Prendoquota’s Blockchain technology.

Mid-term project update

We engaged in productive meetings and workshops, enhancing our understanding of measurement strategies. Participation in industry events like the ‘Congrès National des Sapeurs Pompiers’ significantly amplified our project’s visibility. While successfully coupling platforms, ongoing efforts are addressing calibration delays in the open radiation aspect. The production of the initial Little Alert Box marks a pivotal step, complemented by plans for further manufacturing. Integration and testing of sensors have refined environmental monitoring accuracy, while insightful demos aided in finalizing specifications for future phases. Achieving a commendable 70% data accuracy has laid a robust foundation for precision enhancements. Successful demonstrations focusing on geolocation and device calibration have been executed

Final project update

ServAl Management achieved key milestones in enhancing emergency response and environmental safety by optimizing measurement strategies. Our innovative ‘Little Alert Boxes’ are now fully integrated on Kalisio’s platform Kalisio Krisis, providing advanced monitoring and rapid alerting capabilities. These devices, equipped with radioactivity sensors and secured through a Prendoquota’s Blockchain Logbook, have undergone extensive pre-testing to ensure reliability and accuracy in real-world conditions. Collaboration with authorities has enabled us to demonstrate the whole systems adaptability and impact in live operational scenarios, setting a new standard for emergency measurement strategies. We are proud to share the positive outcomes and transformative potential of our project, paving the way for a safer and faster operational interventions.
