Our 2nd and last open call is closed!
Time’s up! The SecurIT second and las Open Call has just closed on 14 March 2023 at 17:00.
We thank the numerous applicants for their interest and efforts provided, and we look forward to discovering the 2nd wave of selected innovative projects towards the secured, safe, and resilient smart city of tomorrow!

What are the next steps?
1- ✅ Pre-selection
The applicants will receive via personal e-mails a first feedback within the next 2 weeks, after the eligibility check and pre-scoring by the Consortium. The 80 best proposals will then undergo the preliminary evaluation by external experts.
2- 🎙 JURY DAY – 16 & 17 May 2023, online
Up to 40 pre-selected consortia will then be invited to pitch their project online to the SecurIT jury on 16 and 17 May 2023 (the running order and information on the agenda and conditions will be sent by e-mail to the participants before the Jury Day).
The jury, composed of the SecurIT consortium partners and supported by ethical expert, will select up to 21 projects as the outcome of this event.
3- ▶ KICK OFF MEETING – 10 & 11 July 2023, Vilnius Lithuania
After the completion of the administrative and contractual procedures, we will release the list of laureates at the beginning of July 2023, who will then be able to start their projects. To present the process of the provided support and follow up by the SecurIT consortium, but also to generate synergies between the projects, the awarded SMEs will be invited to a kick off event which will take place physically in Vilnius, Lithuania, on 10 and 11 July 2023.
