The SecurIT project’s last steps : final actions before wrapping up, final chances for you to meet players from the SecurIT community
SecurIT Open Call 2 funded projects are progressively coming to an end. It will soon be time for SecurIT partners to report the results of a three-year EU-funded initiative that allowed more than 90 European security SMEs to get their solutions ready to be demonstrated and commercialized. Before that there will be some occasions for the whole community to meet and engage new fruitful collaborations.
SecurIT Final Event
The SecurIT consortium is happy to invite you to the Final Event, which will take place on 21 May 2024, in Paris (FIAP, 30 rue Cabanis) from 9.30 to 18.30 CET.

SecurIT Awards
The SecurIT Awards aim to celebrate the key role of SecurIT-funded SMEs in the development of new innovative digital solutions for safer public spaces, territories, and critical infrastructure. The 3 best projects of each funding batch will receive lump sum prizes granted during SecurIT Final Event to support them even more in the development of their solutions.
Up to €10.000 will be delivered to 4 demonstration projects (2 per open call), and 2 prototyping projects (1 per open call) will be awarded up to €7.500. Awards winners will be announced and pitch their solution during the Awards Ceremony at the SecurIT Final Event!
The contest will be open from 11 March 2024 to 15 April 2024 only for projects funded by one of the two SecurIT Open Calls. The participants are asked to produce a short video presenting their project and highlighting the innovation, added value and impact of the developed solution.
SMI2G European Brokerage Event
Following the SecurIT Final Event, the 2-day annual SMI2G event will be organized offering even more networking and business possibilities.
It will take place at Campus Cyber, Paris, on 22 & 23 May 2024 and will gather security innovators and practitioners from countries across Europe. The event focuses especially on connecting potential applicants to the Horizon Europe’s Civil Security for Society 2024 calls.
The SecurIT consortium will have a booth there enabling SecurIT partners and funded SMEs to promote their projects results and develop new ones, reaching higher TRLs and unlocking new markets.
